i've looked a few websites in order to try and find the best options to find this staff, but i just have a question so i am not wasting my time farming lower level content for an item that might not drop.
on the website rankedboost it says the item can only drop from mobs that are lvl 85+ but on other websites it says it can be found in world tier 3 and the mobs there are not lvl 85.
