playing a barb/necro?

Switching to another character for a few rota sets, then switch back to your Barb. At least that worked for me.

if you did everything by the book and every uber uniq had the same chance of dropping (1/7th of 2%), chance of not getting it from that number of tries is slightly higher than 0.8%


soo..unlikely but not impossible i guess, ive seen weirder things
