Where are you seeing this aspect drop more? Farming t70 NM and helltides and havent seen one in weeks / months.

Blood harvest, do the 3 pedestals that cost 50 each and spawn the boss guys, usually u start 1 and everyone in area will rush to u and buy a pedestal as well after
