How many took you until you found your first uber?
What about Shako and Grandfather?

Just rng. Peor are throwing around that the drop rate is presumably about 2% which would mean you should find one every 50-ish runs on average. I’m not sure if we know that for sure or it’s just something someone said and everyone latched on and ran with it.

I’m only 85-runs in, but so far zero Ubers.

I am on 50+ 0 ubers too

850 runs so far, still no grandpa, 1st shako at ~70th run
atm 8x shako, 6 doom, 5/6 andy, 4 amu, 1 ring and 1 staff
most drops got running as a rogue, then soso, lowest amount on baba with most runs done (around 500 just on baba)
got all ubers except grandpa within 250 runs i think
hope stats were usefull for smth

i got lucky af and got my shako on my 4 or 5th run ever at lvl 74 on my barb.

900ish runs, most on barb
3 andy 2 shakos 2 gf 2 dooms 3 rings and 3 amulets, ll 3 amulets were found in a row on my rogue, who is now forbidden to go to duriel lol

400 ring and andy

Feels like drop rates are lower recently to me but could just be bad luck. Last 100 runs in three man group nothing for any of us. Found 5 total between the three of us the first 100 we did over a week ago

So 5 Ubers out of 300 drops is about the 1/50. Then 0 out of 300 drops
