Anyone else only receiving one living steel per helltide chest?

It started yesterday, and I'm still only receiving one living steel chest today.

What's going on?

i just did a bit a digging, and every site says youre supposed to get 3 when in t4 and 1 when in t3.
i figured it may have been a 1-3 chance drop in t4 and you just had bad luck, but it doesnt appear to be the case.

did you join any friends party which may have been in t3?

You're right, seems it switched Tier's when I joined another player's party. It works again, thank you
