Trying to get the Chef title and need to kill butcher. Who is the best to fight him early? That way I can level a character and eventually beat him when I see him the first time.

i literally saw him once and have 2 end game char that i played myself to level 90+

Any class can kill him.
The butcher seeks FRESH MEAT no exceptions.
Instead of running away go forward. Do not attack anyone. Just dodge.The new foes are fresh so they will be attacked by the butcher. Just dodge the foes and repeat...they will kill the butcher for you

Technique 1
When u agro the butcher, run around him in circles while teammate kills
Technique 2
Same concept can be accomplished by finding a pillar
Technique 3
If either fail and you can't tank, run for the exit door. Live to fight another day

Tb rogue might be the safest to try to tank. Just make sure you have enough aspects for defense on before attempting dungeons
