Andy is useful for rogues with xfals. Ias and LL is pretty tanky as well. Nova explosions pairs well with xfals explosion thingy

Saw a video that explained not to have a character with a core dependant skill using melted heart. Problem with melted heart is it takes the amulet spot which offers so much. Might be a pvp ammy

Save it put it on your eternal merc when they drop mercs
