I feel your pain, happened to me few times already, btw is there still a bug if you die close to the doors it can spawn you on the later stage of dung and you can't finish it? Was a big problem with it before, now im not dying at all so idc

I had something similar once. The first time I did the forgotten temple I died (HC folks can laugh) and it respawned me behind the locked door. I cleared everything behind the door but it broke the map and I couldn’t progress to the capstone boss so I eventually just had to reroll everything and start over again.

Yes but Hemomancy can kill them in the early game. It takes about 6 minutes average to run a nightmare dungeon in mid game onwards though so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
