I'm playing twisting blades and have some pants with dodge and not sure if I should roll it off. I also have the aspect where having both cqc procs to give dodge that I could use. I don't see any guides or anyone saying dodge is good

if you want a higher chance to dodge, it is good
if you do not want a higher chance to dodge, it is bad

good or not, DR is probably better so its not worth chasing
