yes you cant use htem till 60 though

Right ok. I’m at 100 runs currently no Uber drops. I’ve done ~80 with my lv 100 and 20 so far on a lv 9 necro

i wass level 15 in there getting them on my necro this morning i dont htink there is a min level req i guess maybe there is if you havent seen any drops off the boss
