i'm rolling vampiric powers, and i have like 5 of them i have yet to unlock.

i've rolled no less than 8k blood, the issue i'm having now instead of the game giving me 3 random options (unlock new or upgrade) i'm only getting 2 upgrade options with nothing where the third random thing should be.

do i need to fully upgrade the ones they're forcing down my throat before i'm able to unlock the other ones?



also is anyone else having issues logging in?

youve probably unlocked and leveled most of the ones that are readily available

others will become available once you finish the seasonal quest line. if you havent done that I think this is your issue

There are 3 ways to earn them. #1 is through using potent blood which is what youve been doing. #2 is through the hunter's acclaim board. Sanguine brace is level 4 and accursed touch is level 9. #3 is completing the seasonal story line - there are 5 to unlock this way.

I've had no issue logging in though so I cant help you there
