Just finished campaign om my first char. Was fun!
Now i’ve leveled with chain lightning (build from icy veins)

Im looking into ice shards or balls of lightning. Which do you recommend at my lvl (41)?

Also what should i do first after finishing campaign. Ty

if you get gravitational aspect, that alone enables a basic but strong version of ball lightning

after campaign your main goals should be to:

* do capstone dungeon in kyovashad to access wt3
* level up enough so you can do the next capstone dungeon maybe at 65-70 to access wt4

while in wt3 or wt4, do legions/helltide/vampire zone/world boss when you see them up
alternatively mix in some nightmare dungeons, but I leave those for last typically

Ball lightning is currently stronger, but theyre both good. I played Ice Shards at launch before S1, and I prefer Ball Lightning.
Make sure you have legendary aspects that will help get mana back... like Recharging and Prodigy's. Ice Shards is mana hungry too.

Grind out more levels in the Blood Harvest zone until you can get your first capstone done.
