Looking to spec out of my leveling build for dorc. Currently 50. What is a viable build that does good that isn't super gear dependant at fiest

Try ice shard, pretty easy and has decent damage. Im lvl 77 now but switched to Ball lightning at lvl 75.
Ran a nm40 dungeon without any trouble with my old build

When done, group up with a barn for amazing shouts.

Ball of lightning is the best spec out there game-wide, so aim for that. If you still miss some aspects, play whatever you feel like until that, arc lash/firewall/blizzard/ice shard - all of them are viable.

I like soc

ball lightning all day. you need 2x mana regen aspects + gravitational and bobs your uncle.

After 50 they called witches.

Ball lightning is OP if you want to do all content go for it. Can solo uber lilith on lvl 80.
If you play casually though, and not gonna play to the max, ice shards are fine and maybe even more satisfying, just stack some lucky hit, max snap freeze, avalanche, get aspect of frozen memories and with iceheart brais you will just shatter the whole screen and won't have any mana problems. Can get lvl 100 and push till tier 50-60 nm dungeons pretty easy.
