Since necs get fortify now from vamp powers, is gear with fort generation good or something that should be prime?

well I am looking at my lvl 50 necro

and he does have alot of skills on his skilltree that give % fortify mods




so if u have gear that says % more dmg when fortified, then you should be able to do it
