If I run Grigoire on WT3, does he still drop shard 100% of the time?

won't drop a shard at all, only a WT4 reward

I did grig on wt4 and it didn’t drop. What’s that about?

It has to be WT4 with a small chance of dropping (2) shards and it only drops for the person who used the material.
