I know I can never beat Uber lil at 100 but duriel at 100?

Lilith was huge nerfed already and yes, Duriel is easier

Is he placed in a random location like they did to Lilith? Or open a portal by having the right items is still a thing?

The dungeons are on the map clearly marked. You have to do helltides for steel, whisper quests for all the other crap. The thing that opens the fractured peaks one drops from higher lvl nm dungeons.

Duriel is a joke. Lilith is easy now.
