i have a sacred legendary helm with undesirable pacts
i used a cleansing acid to clear the original pacts
but when i put the 'pact of ferrocity' onto it, it said 'the item is the wrong type of item for this slot' - the same appeared when i put pact of eternity and divinity
how to fix this?

right click on the pact first, then try adding it to your armor.
