Not to be "that guy" but I'm sure I'm one of HUNDREDS of people researching the best class for season 2.

I'm considering doing either TB Rogue or Necromancer (because Overpower is OP now).

I never would of learned about Bulwark Druid for season 1 had I not checked so please let me know if anyone knows of the next META build.

Last season Druid was best. To my knowledge at least lol.

It's SUPER early on but I just need to get a clue of what class to create.

It really depends. There are good tier lists of best lvlrs, best nm dungeoners, best pvpers, best Uber Boss killers, etc. So there's a meta in all of these areas of specialty.

they do but it feels like they didn't update it for season 2. Maxroll never had bulwark build last season for Druid

Edit: Correction, they were updated. But lots of the most OP builds don't make it on to Maxroll.

I'm thinking of doing a Blood Surge Necro?

Edit 2: Maybe I'll do TB rogue. It is S rank in EVERY tier list so it makes the most sense to use it
