Wtf are all those words, eggs, shards, lol. Is it diablo game?

These are the “mats” required to summon the Uber Unique Boss Duriel (similar to summoning Ubers in D2R with the keys)

Duriel will have a greater chance at dropping the elusive Uber Unique items; Shako, Grandfather, Doombringer, etc. I’m guessing it’ll be a requirement for BIS endgame gear to farm these items

Finally an endgame objective I’m a bit hyped for beyond PvP! We’ll see what happens
