Is there any builds out there that’s near pure ranged, uses any of the unique bows and able to do t100 dungeons?

Unfortunately not. This game has 0 build or item diversity. You'll need a a rare bow and then put whatever aspect.

Whilst I haven't played it yet, Bone Spear Necro seems to be the closest to ranged. Apart from that, nope.

The unique rogue bow that guarantees a crit on first hit is used for the Thorns build

Best thing to do with unique bow is probably vendor it for gold. If it rolls great maybe keep in case of rework
