If yes, swords dps doesnt matter and why didnt you reroll core skill dmg into vuln? Afaik bis is +vuln +crit dmg +close dmg +str

Or am I missing something?

it has vulnerable , it had 20% chance to slow enemies ... this was the best option has crit dmg , near monster dmg , vul and core i think all matters for full dmg HoTa attack barb
