Hi, kinda noob in d4. Running a barb ww with 2h axe as main weapon. Does the 1h swords item power level makes a difference?

No if you’re not using the item to attack it’s just the secondary stat %’s that matter (vulnerable, core, crit, etc)

The weapon you are using to attack you want a high item power for the high base DPS
