What is the best pvp char atm?

Someone said there was a tournament a couple days ago, anyone know what build won?

Barb won with the stun bug build, otherwise fw sorces are dominating followed by psn rogues

Best PvP char goes to border between pvp area and regular area. Use scroll to randomly to you back into pvp from the area. You are now invincible.

Already have a barb at lvl 100 so gonna start working on this build.
