Avoid ghosts. Inexorable heart seems to be bugging when ghosts are in a dungeon.

Farm s+a tier dungeons.
Run 3 dungeons in row and then go selling stuff. Only gather items that you need the most. Worked fine for me till max level, never had gold or mat issues
