Long story short, I want to complete all the dungeons in the entire map and unlock the 16 bonus paragon points. I just want to do them all on WT3 since the dungeons will be easier. Will I still get the rewards when I switch back to WT4?

U can do it on t1 if u want doesn't matter

Doesn’t matter, but experience and items are better profitable on higher tier
