What do you all think - fire sale due to new gold dupe, or supply exceeding demand due to player base waning?

Yeah that seems par for the course in Diablo. There’s usually the high cost initial on season starts then a precipitous drop as it progresses. I’m wondering what y’all have heard.. is it normal or are we going 1 bill = 200fg by next week?

I don't think it's anything to do with a dupe. I believe the season is finish2d for most people and new games are pulling them away. You also have people stopping until Season 2 drops at the end of October. This game isn't going to hold people's attention for more than a few weeks without any endgame content.

Blizzard took way too long addressing exploits and then announced season 2 lmao... we already know that season 3 is when we get the rest of the game. Anything between then and now is practically early access still

Honestly with reroll costs being this absurd I prefer gold dupes. I can farm maybe like 50 to 100 mil in a weekend, but that isn’t even enough to get the stat I want on most items, let alone a good roll of it…
