I saw some days back people were using a tool/formula on Excel to calculate the amount of barrier you can generate based on your stats.. need this info to min max my bulwark build. My barrier generation is 79 and my max life is 14k. My bulwark is at level 5.

The formula is 1+ barrier generation x base life(as mentioned in bulwark skill). But this can't be greater than max life


So if your barrier generation 90% and base life is 6000 and max life is 10,000. You will have 1.9 x 6000= 11400 barrier but your max life is 10k so you will have 10k barrier. So in this case you want more max life.
