Looks like most people have found their gear and everyone’s looking for top roll items now. I think it’s pretty typical for this to happen in the ladder season, but d4 is drying up particularly fast due to.. you know the reasons.

Now when I look at trade channels it’s just a ton of people (maybe myself included) trying to hock gear for last weeks prices. The demand just isn’t there anymore. Usually there are still ppl building their end game gear and willing to buy some decent mids.

Thoughts?

Ps. Is there actually a trade channel? I can’t get it to work on PS5.. enabled it and everything.

The demand has decreased a lot and people prefer to buy near perfect or very high roll items. Also the focus is going now towards PVP items, rather than top tier PVE items. I have similar items for sale at the moment that I received 10+ DMs for 1 week ago and now I almost get no offers.

I guess people are catching up in terms of level and gear and the demand is way lower than supply. Also the gold glitch fix makes people to think twice before buying anything.

BTW there is way more traction on D4 Discord market-wise.

Nice to see a well mannered insightful exchange on this shithole of a sub. Also agree on the discord part, it's so much healthier place than jsp if u want to enjoy the game, content/discussion/tradewise

This point of view echos my experience too. I have been trying on the d4 disc and getting messages, but I’d agree supply exceeds demand.

@zo0m for sure if you want to talk about builds the disc forums are the best / most positive place.

This too for me. My clan died yesterday and merged with another small one. My casual buddies log in for like 10 mins and log out 😂.

I think greed is the problem too. An Item will get an offer and the person will bump it 20 times for the next week with no additional activity. Like you said it to the point in the season where most people either have left the game or are looking for near perfect stuff. Take what you can get and run vs trying to hold out for an extra 100 fg.

Lol my bad wasn't meant towards you. You just see it with 90% of posts. People have these crazy expectations of what they will get, but there is less than 150 people looking at d4 right now... There aren't many buyers to work with right now. Most items I'll sell for 100 fg because I just want to clear out my inventory at this point.

I saw some posts on bnet that the new gold dupe is out. Anyone want to take bets on how frequently we see ppl offloading billions in the next few days?
