You could also subscribe to Shadow PC. You get a complete Windows PC in the cloud and then you can also play other games that can only be played on Windows.

Downside of this ofc you have to pay a monthly fee for the subscription.

Who TF uses MAC these days for private purpose anyway

I tried doing bootcamp on my macbook pro m2 chip, it cannot run d4 as youll run into driver update errors
