Honestly, I feel maxing out Flame shield and having that extra .4s of invul (from boots, 3.1s total) is more game changing than the huge diminishing returns from teleport, that's why I pursue FS over TP (I actually have boot for TP as well 4/4/25% ms/10% mana)

I think I got lucky, gloves were ~50mil reroll, and boots were ~100mil reroll
