Finally got around to Tier 3, now going back to do quests/altars/dungeons, etc.

If I unlock all 5 renown rewards for an area, is it more efficient to unlock the 5 rewards in other areas before going back and finish quests in completed areas? For example, I have all 5 rewards in Fractured peaks, even with only 30/35 quests done and 8/23 dungeons. Should I move onto the other areas and only go back once I've finish all renown in all areas?

Once you get all 5 rewards, you don’t have to keep going. Don’t believe you get anything extra out of it.

Nothing other than bonus XP from quests, XP and items from dungeons, and stats from Altars, right?

Yeah you def want to get all your altars done but once I had my renown complete, I stopped doing quests and dungeons for renown
