100 Rogue Died To Moon Clan Shaman, was doing high tier NMD Champion Demise, went into chain CC. (158h)
69 Druid Died to Fallen Lunatic. Was on a horse in open world. (16h)
100 Druid Died to Prowler. My PC straight up froze for 10-15 seconds. Found out my RAM was unstable after upgrading to four sticks (87h)
100 Druid Died to Echo Of Lilith. Was in the end of a very long gaming session, already decided to quit the day after anyways. (128h)

Still have a Rogue lvl100 at 138h and a bit of other characters alive.
