What are the minimum requirements to guarantee a 760-767 ancestral rare? Do I have to be a certain level, kill an enemy at a certain level, be at a certain world tier, etc.? Thanks in advanced!

no, the item level is meaningless in this game
roll ranges for stats are tied to the item power only

I’ve told so many people this I may just do a PSA for everyone…. You can BUY high item power ancestrals from vendors.
