Thanks for jumping in, but maybe I'm not clear enough.
Here I've also attached the skills pictures as references.

For example, items like the one below, would add "Ultimate Skill Damage".
However, Petrify, is an ultimate skill, of course, but its nature is more like enhancing the dmg of other skills (but itself, doesn't have damage)
Doesn't like other ultimate skills, Lacerate, for example, itself has dmg figures.

So... is that means "Ultimate Skill Damage" on items won't work on Petrify?! but would work on Lacerate?

it will increase the dmg of your ultimate nothing else

Petrify doesn’t do damage. So the affix won’t affect petrify. Works on lacerate though.
