right now i'm doing nm dungeons with mobs 10 levels above me, the exp is great but the runs are so slow (10-15 min per run)
is there a better way?

I think XP max is capped at 3 levels above your own? So you are making it hard for no reason?

No I think the best way to get exp is to get in a group using discord and spam running Sarat or uldur nm dungeon with a group and make sure you have an elixir popped.

use the dungeon tier list... some dungeons are awful for xp/hour and some are great...
