I’m in the same boat.
My werenado struggling with staying alive and spirit generation in T40 dungeons. Also only doing like 50-60k Crits.
When I use Grizzly Rage i can hold my own for a little but the cooldown sucks. It’s like I need to be permanently in grizzly rage to be half decent.

I’ve got like all of them Besides maybe 1 or 2 also have no barber
Also running a 2h instead of totem because that’s what has my direwolf aspect
Werenado is a top 3 druid build no matter if you speed farm or run high NM dungeons, so you need to tweak your gear and/or skills. Barber is not required to push higher content, but it definitely helps.
To make the build work, you need tempest roar. Cooldown is also very important to keep up grizzly rage, and since it doesn’t roll on TR you need it on your amulet and also need to use a 1hand/offhand since offhands can get 2 cooldown rolls on the same piece. Those combined with the right aspects, skills, and boons you shouldn’t have spirit issues.
If you have spirit issues, it’s likely you need more lucky hit chance. A quick way to test this is use the potion that grants 30% lucky hit and see if you notice a difference before investing more into new gear. You could also roll resource gen on rings and totem. Make sure your key passive skill is perfect storm and one of your boons is calm before the storm.
If damage is the issue, easy fix. Get more crit chance. The more often you crit, the more crit damage you will do as it stacks with this build. Of course a high IP axe and totem would also help.
