I can't for the love of god roll high crit chance on rings anymore?? It used to be easy. I'm also getting all kind of different affixes

They detected that people were actually having fun checking vendors for the rush of actually finding good items.

Obviously they can’t let that happen, nerf applied.

the priority affix system was a bug, so they fixed it.

it sucks, but that's likely their justification.

I sure hope this is the predecessor to cheaper rerolls... i won't reroll much anymore now thats for sure

It’s a painful change for rings but potentially a positive change on other items… so it’s kind of a mixed bag. For instance good luck rolling a weapon that didn’t already have main stat and something you also desired like vuln (IE item had crit/all stat/ 2- other stats and you just want vuln). You were never getting vuln and just going to roll main stat all day long which could be annoying.

Yeah it’s good. But if you roll an 820 item power with core/close/all stat/crit as an example. You really want to reroll core or close to vuln, not main stat. That’s obviously an extreme example but I had a few 810-815 weapons in preseason that resembled that weapon, and rolling vuln was virtually impossible. And that sucked.

Yes but u knew which items were valuable because of the preferred stats, i had some good rings in stash, who all had crit missing, i tried to get crit on 5 of them, im 250 million lighter, got 1 2,8 and 1 3,4.... so good luck.... this is gonna be painful

Yeah I’d like to see reroll costa reduced as well. It’s just so easy to brick an item if you don’t get your desired affix within like 10-15 rerolls as the cost spirals out of control pretty fast. So I definitely agree on that.
