Obviously everyone's unhappy about things being account bound but this isn't about that.

I'm mainly talking about how every mid rare is "offer" and a 6 day process to buy. Where tf did these people come from?

Jsp used to be a marketplace, diablo 3 and diablo 2 you post a price for what you sell. Perfects or crazy godlies you post up for auction with a res, or a high bin that likely won't be met.

You get a piece of shit mid 2/4 piece of gear on here and dudes like "offer?" Like bruh it's a temp and worthless to me here's your 10 fg offer.

I feel this.. I need the item now and willing to pay a fair price!! They’ll hold it for 4x days trying to get an extra 200fg out of it

The roughest part about the actual game though.. when you upgrade you have to trash your old gear. No reimbursement what so ever!! Not like D2 where you can just trade off your old stuff as you slowly min/max

In d2 you mostly sold runes, rws, uniques, sets etc where the prices were pretty much known. If you had a ber for sale you could just check the jsp forum and find what to put as a bin. Rares in d2 were a much longer process to sell. Couldnt check historical prices, some people wanting that exact combo of affixes could pay much more than the rest of the market.

In d4 there are only rares for sale. You also have more venues for selling such as Discord so people hope for the best offer from more than one venue

There its more like 6 minutes before its sold. Or at least you get "when end?" like 1 min after the first bid.

Alot more fun too. Some stuff are good to keep there a day or two just to let all the different time zones get a chance to bid.

lol iuno how you can continue to play it gemfire, you def have arpg roots that go way back to diablo's inception. "trash your old gear" is insane that's a thing in an arpg where you can't sell off an old item you once had. i don't know how many times in poe where i found a great new weapon and sold my previous one and it felt so good passing it on to another player. those kinds of moments all add to the free economy/arpg experience, especially when it's cumulative

The game has it’s problems, but at the moment it’s the best one out there for me. This season I’ve been building towards PvP and it’s been a lot of fun learning all the hidden mechanics (everyone still trying to figure it out). There is just so much to do.. from leveling your characters, plotting out aspects, finding BIS gear, collecting gem hearts, trading, researching, optimizing paragon boards, checking venders for the GG items, leveling glyphs, rolling affixes, playing HC story (preseason for me), organizing stash/breaking down and collecting aspects (not as fun but feels good afterwards), and simply hanging out with my buddies! PvP should be a lot of fun.. can’t wait

When I stop having fun I’ll just move on to the next game, or not play anymore. I’m not too worried about it. I don’t play as much as some people so I’m sure that helps quite a bit (lack of endgame) It’s just a game. It’s new.. There is a lot of room for growth and refinement. Been great though!
