Are people able to use that exploit to run infinite NM duns by using the exploit with party join and party leave or has this been patched?

Pretty sure that got patched fam. Blizzard detected fun so they got rid of it

When did this get patched? I was doing this with friends less than 10 hours ago in a 96 Sarats Lair. Beaten 4 times before I had to return to the real world and be responsible

I've seen boards stating the same,
There's so many 100s no way this could be possible if the exploit was patched.

It will be patched in season 6 haha.

Was not patched, nor is it considered an exploit, streamers on youtube and live streamers on twitch are doing them. If they were exploits they would have been taken down etc. I dont think it was the intention but blizzard would have patched it like the "infinite cellers" if it were truly an exploit.
