I'm level 72 and can't seem to get Ancestrals from Obol gambling, vendors, or get Ancestrals from the Tree of Whipsers.
Is there a quest/progression bug or something?
I'm in Torment getting regular legendaries at lvl 72 something seems broken.
Anyone else having a similar issue?
