Not a single rare can beat Condemnation. That aspect is a multiplier. It's flat 40%x on core skills.

On top of that 30% for full stack combo point is absolutely GG. This let you go one and one for basic and core for trick trade node too.

My current weapons

Condemnation is still better than ashesra’s on combo points builds. The 40% modifier is multiplicative which means it’s pumping out more combo point dps when you spend those points, the base attack speed ias on condemnation offsets a lot of the ias bonus on asheara’s (especially as you have to build the ias stacks) and the instant 3-combo points theoretically can offer even more dps (though in practice it can be difficult to actually realize that potential). Obviously if you’re not running combo points condemnation isn’t good. But for combo points builds it’s better than asheara’s fwiw.

Ultimately you do you though.

Unless you are 100% poison dmg rogue, condemnation is much better than ashera.

I use ashera too on my bursting venom rogue
