nope it doesnt matter if its tier 40 or 80, even normal dungeons can drop same items ( maybe less ancestrals ) but i found godly items in normal dungeons while doing renown, they should make nightmare dungeons more rewarding for sure

high tier nmd only has high rate to get ancestral items
when you farm 65+ tier nmd, you will find 95% drops are ancestral.

What lvl is your character ?

Then I have a solution for you: make your own game. As much as I disagree with some of the things blizz does, I can tell you don’t even know what you are talking about

*Your idea would be too punishing for anyone who didn’t want/didn’t have time to make it to that high level. Devs need to be empathetic for all classes of player. I know they’re not doing a good job currently but more ancestral drops for lvl 90+ players is NOT a good solution

**Pro tip: you can shop ancestral rares from vendors once you are lvl 73. It’s the single best way to obtain the kinds of items you want. Just make sure to pay attention to those restock timers
