Do I have to do the quest line to get the ones like heart of barber and stuff like that?

I wasn’t smart enough to realize I’m time but you actually don’t want to finish the quest. You can kill varshan but don’t turn in the quest to the main guy so you can farm varshan over and over for wrathfuls.
