I'm still using cut in Paint like 20 years ago lol.

they are probably using the snipping tool.
I still do cut in paint too and no problems here lol.

you can use a photo editor on phone to crop the images very quickly

shift + windows key + s

Alt+enter to go to window mode and snipping tool
