Hardcore trading is a fraction of the activity it was in D2R. Is D4 gunna die harder and faster than D2R?

pretty foolish to think a remaster of a ~22 year old game would have the same turn-out or player retention as a newly released game.

a better question would if, d4 will die faster then d3, and i think it will. im not sure they understand what its missing for a turn-around.

Bring back charms, bring back runewords, bring back 3 different difficulties and re start campaign, fix teleport and allow runeword items to have, bring back open PVP not just an “arena safe zone BS”


Do an expansion and we want to see deckard cain, Tyreal, Diablo.


Watch the game become successful as hell based on this alone and 90% of the people who left come back and then some

They had like 6 years to do all these things. And have they done it…? No. What makes you think they’ll do them now.

If they could make a good game they wouldn’t have created a D4 D3R in the first place.

D2/D2R has been revolving around trade while in D4 I can't be bothered to trade a single item which is probably intended.

y'all forget how screwed up d2 (not lod) was on release. Even LoD 1.10 screwed up the game (builds not working anymore after nerfs/synergies). took 20 years to have a stable, polished game.

D2 was not screwed up on release. Classic d2 was so much better than xpac d2. If anything the xpac screwed more stuff up than it fixed except for stash space.

d4 is already dead, they are completely lost on itemization and don't understand what made D2 good and late D3 decent. It will take a change in leadership to make D4 good.

D4 is too late, cannot make complete overhaul.

Need a new direction, slower pace and more grounded style, start developing D5 please , millions of us willing to try new D5 if it looks nothing like D3 D4
