Does the slot matter or does it cycle between those 3 stats every 20 kills? Or is it a bonus plus the slot effect

Also can you upgrade the item level?

It just straight up cycles every 20 kills.

No you cannot upgrade their level. But putting points into the seasonal blessing gives you a chance for level 5 in WT4.

the 3 listed it will cycle them 1-2-3-1-2-3 every 20 kills

Ah that’s lame. Thought it was random heart every 20 kills and slot bonus. Still nice though
