i am still trying to figure out the 4/4 stats for all gear. is there any guides or pages that can show me what to really look for with all pieces of gear?

Not sure about websites because I haven't checked but in general for most classes.

Weapons - Crit/core/mainstat/vuln

Helm - CDR/Total armor/health/+3 skills

Chest - Any damage reductions and health depending on class. Necro likes Bonespear damage/Physical damage/Flat damage but most classes want DR.

Gloves - Main skill +3/Crit/Lucky/Attack speed/Resource on lucky. There's other good rolls for certain classes Bonespear damage/Attack speed on dodge (for rogue)

Pants - Mainly just all damage reduction/Dodge for rogue. People often look for barrier after potion on these as the implicit.

Rings - Crit/Vuln/crit damage/Health/Lucky hit. Resource Regen is decent as well but not as sought after.

Amulets - Depending on class and needs these are the most diverse. But in General Movespeed/Resource reduction/CDR/Damage reduction and strongest skills +2.

Boots - DR injured/Movespeed/Movespeed elite kill/resource reduction/Dodge and some classes want skills Dash on boots for rogue or tendrils on Necro boots.

That's just a general list, there are more niche rolls but this list is good for most classes.

Also close and core can be interchanged on weapon for melee classes but you don't really want both.
