why am i dying to fucking psn dmg in saraat runs ?

how to fix this shit

i dont run the life on hit aspect,is that the key or ?

i think they buffed psn dmg tbh but maybe add some more damage reducer

stolen vigor is very important. if you have it on then you wont feel the poison anymore. never died to poison with 3 stacks up (900 hp/s)

I just run the aspect that heals you when you use momentum key passive. You will outheal the poison.
