Are varshan hearts any good? Seems like that is all he drops now

It’s a great farm.. no rush to complete. The only alternate is running that tunnel. I did the tunnel about 4-5 times and only found one Wrathful. Cold Hard Truth gives 1 every time. I may have been very unlucky though
