So would the +2 Rallying Cry and +3 Challenging shout on this armor be better than typical damage reduction rolls? My thinking here is that the +skills here doesn't really scale effectively but I can effectively re-purpose 5 more skill points somewhere else and keep the recommended fury generation and damage reduction from these skills. Is that worth the drop in two damage reduction affixes?

thoughts? And what should I aim to roll the ultimate damage to?
